Vector spaces are a mathematical sweet spot. They are completely classified by their dimension.

They also have another coincidentally nice property

\RR^n = \{x = (x_1,\ldots,x_n)\mid x_j\in\RR\}

\RR^{\bs{n}} = \{\bs{x}\colon\{1,\ldots,n}\to\RR\}
